Peracetic Acid Wastewater Treatment Test

PAA's are strong oxidizing agents & are used for their high disinfection efficiency in removing human health pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi from municipal waste water. Peroxyacetic acid is unaffected by water turbidity or pH levels & is more effective than UV light. PAA levels of 10-15 mg/l used in disinfected primary effluents showed significantly improved quality.

Use Indigo® brand low level peracetic acid strips test strips for detect any residual peracetic acid after wastewater treatment. The color of the test pad will change immediately & the color chart on the bottle shows you can resolve down to 0-5ppm.
