Don't be fooled by tools stamped with "stainless steel". If they are shiny, they are chrome plated and will rust after exposure to salty water.
View the lab analytical test report which lists the chromium, manganese & nickel content needed to ensure hardness & rust resistance. You need chromium in the steel, not chrome plating on it.
