Don't be fooled by tools stamped with "stainless steel". If they are shiny, they are chrome plated and will rust after exposure to salty water.
View the lab analytical test report which lists the nickel & chrome content needed to ensure rust resistance. You need chromium in the steel, not chrome plate on it.
