Building a custom mechanical keyboard for gaming? This 2.5x2.5mm neodymium disc magnet may be the right trigger for Hall Effect sensors. These magnets are rated at 5900, 5422 & 2093 gauss at 0.0, 0.1 & 1.0mm gap distances respectively. They can deliver sufficient magnetic flux to activate Hall Effect switches & allow for adjustable actuation points for joystick controllers.

If you are prototyping you can buy just a few of each of our 2.5mm diameter magnets or 2.5mm thick magnets. If a speed switch is what you are looking for, our 2.5x1mm, 3x1mm or 4x1.5mm disc magnets may do the trick. Check their respective pages for gauss ratings.

Ordered these a few weeks ago. Magnets came in well packed via Canada Post. Good quality, does as advertise, highly recommended. Will most definitely be sticking with Indigo for all my fabrication projects that require magnets.
