The image shows the unit cell of gallium arsenide, which consists of two interpenetrating face centered cubic lattices in a crystal also referred to as a zinc blende structure.
The unit cell is FCC 5-4-5 which can also be seen this in the spacefilling version shown in the Unit style model.
