Why Branded Swiss Style Watchmaker Forceps for Tick Removal from Indigo?

Genuine Swiss watchmaker forceps are exquisitely precise with prices to match. If you accidently drop them on their tips, they're ruined. Indigo #5 watchmakers won't survive the dive either but they are ideal as promotional items because they are made with medical grade stainless steel.

The laser etching process removes a small amount of steel but in doing so, shows the underlying metal is still steel.
