The dual end Huber probe is a general purpose 2 ended tool moving & separating tissues or probing arteries & veins in biology labs. It has a specialized non-coring tip which will not remove tissue or material when probing arteries & veins.

The bevelled end is semi blunt & can be used in arts & crafts for sculpting, shaping & molding clays & waxes. It can also be used as is for prying apart sedimentary layers or be sharpened into a chiselled edge for fossil preparation.

These dental picks & wax carvers are made with AISI 420 German surgical grade stainless steel, not "alloy steel" recovered from rusted cars. We've been selling this grade of tool since 1998 & as always, ours will stay sharp longer & you can resharpent them.
