VSEPR Tetrahedral Shape
This model structure shows the 109.5o tetrahedral bond angles formed by a central sphere & 4 smaller terminal spheres. The entire model is approximately 150mm (6") tall compared to a similar model in Orbit style which is 70mm (~3") long.
This model can use this configuration or have 1 or 2 terminal spheres replaced with lone pair paddles as depicted by the smaller Orbit style models shown with it. Click on the Details tab below to view the different configurations.
