The cesium chloride crystal structure model is comprised of 35 8 coordinate atoms & has the same general lattice shape as sodium chloride. This structure is also seen in CsBr & CsI as well as bimetallic alloys. Radioactive isotopes of CsCl are used in nuclear medicine for treating cancer & imaging.
